I have a huge passion for helping people to not only reach and exceed their health and fitness goals, but to see them become both comfortable and knowledgeable within the gym and with their nutrition. How can you work with me?
In-Person 1-2-1 Coaching
As a 1-2-1 client, I will work closely with you to understand your current situation and help to set meaningful, achievable goals. I will then draw on my extensive experience to ensure that we follow a path together towards reaching these goals through effective, efficient and progressive training plans.
Bespoke nutritional guidance and process tracking/accountability is provided to all clients to ensure you have the best opportunity to meet the goals you have in mind.
Price Per 4 Week Block:
1 Session per week – £160
2 Sessions per week – £280
3 Sessions per week – £380
Small Group coaching
When you sign up to our small group coaching, you will be afforded all the benefits of 1-2-1 coaching plus have the added bonus of training alongside others who are going through the same process as yourself (2-6 clients per group). The extra motivation and accountability provided by being part of a community can be invaluable in helping you on your way towards achieving those fitness and well-being goals.
Price Per 4 Week Block:
2 Sessions Per Week – £80
Men’s Over 30’s Bootcamp
Training alongside other men aged 30+, if you choose this group you will work on all aspects of fitness within a circuit style of training. These sessions are designed to be efficient and allow the group members to workout effectively in a minimal time period, making it a perfect option for busy men to improve their current fitness levels. Extra support is provided in the form of a private online group where our community post motivational and guidance updates regularly.
Price Per 4 Week Block:
2 Sessions per Week – £60
Online coaching
For those who aren’t in a position to attend in person sessions, I can provide a high quality online coaching experience which gives you an opportunity to improve your lifestyle in a way that suits your schedule. I will provide progressive training plans, nutritional guidance, goals and tracking. We will meet virtually (video call, phone calls, emails, etc) on a regular basis to discuss next steps and keep you accountable to your processes and goals.

My career in Personal Training is the result of a lifelong passion for fitness, combined with a burning desire to help people to improve their own health and wellbeing. Since qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2011, I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide range of clients, from young athletes to busy parents. The expertise I have gained by leading 100’s of clients through over 15,000 hours of coaching sessions, along with my own experiences of trying to juggle a busy working life, parenting my 2 boys and prioritising my fitness and wellbeing, set me apart from many Personal Trainers.
